On your initial phone interview, we will ask for your information, including dental insurance, if you have it. This enables us to be prepared for your first visit. You can download the new patient forms below and bring them with you to your appointment, or you may receive and complete the forms in our office. Your initial exam will typically take about one hour. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment.
Generally, digital x-rays will be taken along with a comprehensive exam and oral cancer screening, allowing the Doctor to examine the jaw’s structure, gum health, and any tooth problems. At this visit, your doctor will provide an evaluation that will outline your existing dental problems, if they are present and your proposed treatment options.
We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. We promise to speak candidly with you about any symptoms present that may require further dental treatment, our diagnosis, alternative treatments that may exist, and our recommendations.
