Payment Options
It is our mission at Pascia Dentistry to provide you with high-quality dental care that fits your budget. We understand that every person's financial situation is different; that is why we offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We are happy to offer a 5% accounting courtesy for all treatment over $1000 that is paid in full prior to treatment commencing that is paid by cash or check only.
If you have any questions about financing or payments, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
We also offer interest-free financing through Care Credit (www.carecredit.com). Please remember that we want everyone to have the dental care that they deserve, which is why we offer easy payment options.
Dental Insurance
We understand that dental insurance can be confusing and sometimes frustrating. We will do our best to try to make sense of your particular plan and will help by providing the documents and records that your insurance company requests. Our staff is well versed and knowledgeable about Dental Insurance. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you.
What insurance does Pascia Dentistry accept?
Pascia Dentistry is not contracted or considered in network with any Dental Insurance Plan. Yes, you can still come to our office – you will just need to verify your current Dental Insurance Plan is a PPO, and has Out Of Network Benefits. If you are unsure, please call our office and we can try to help assist you in figuring everything out. What does this mean for you? Pascia Dentistry strives to provide the highest quality of care to all of our wonderful dental patients.
Being Out of Network with Insurance helps us give patients better access to the exemplary care they deserve and increased quality time during all dental visits.
If you have a PPO Dental Insurance Plan, that has Out of Network benefits, you will pay for each appointment in full at time services are rendered. Our wonderful front desk team will help you by filing your Dental Claims to your Dental Insurance for you. Depending on your individual Out of Network benefits, Dental Insurance will send you, the patient, a reimbursement check.
Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please understand that you are financially responsible for all dental visits.
